Olympia Coffee's flagship location combines a cafe, upping lab, roasting facilities, barista training center, offices and shipping center all under one roof. After sitting empty for years the building needed a full retrofit. A major sheer wall was re-engineered to open up the cafe to the roasting facilities with a full wall of glass, allowing customers to see all aspects of the roasting process, from green bean to cup.

The cafe area is light and sunny and organized around a large island putting the coffee service front and center. A variety of seating and retail area complete the experience. All the fixtures and furniture were custom designed and built or locally sourced.
